What happens when my trial ends?
You get a reminder two days before. If you don’t pick a plan, the sandbox and its files are deleted after day 14 and the deletion is written to the audit log.
Do you ever touch our ticket revenue?
No. Payments run through Stripe Connect directly into your own account. Card data never reaches our servers.
Can attendees from two events see each other?
No. Every record carries its organization and event, and the database refuses any query outside that scope.
What counts as an attendee?
